I'm John McRae, and McRae Laser & Engraving is my one-person custom engraving shop based in Joplin, Missouri. I serve the Four States area with personalized gifts, painted laser-engraved tiles, and small-format items that make everyday objects meaningful.
What I Do
I'm John McRae — a small outfit, just me and my xTool F2 laser. With a compact engraving area, I focus on detail-rich, personal products — not oversized signage. Every piece is custom made with care, from engraved drinkware and dog tags to painted art tiles and metal business cards.
Because it's a one-person shop, you work directly with me from quote to finished piece. Whether you need a one-of-a-kind gift, a desk plaque for a coworker, or branded keychains and QR tags for your small business, we'll figure out the details together.
